Code of Ethics
Our commitment to integrity, honesty, and academic excellence
At AD Publications, ethical practice is the foundation of everything we do.
1. Preamble
AD Publications was founded on the principle that every researcher deserves honest, ethical guidance. This Code of Ethics outlines our commitment to integrity, transparency, and academic excellence. All consultants, staff, and affiliates of AD Publications are bound by this code.
We believe that ethical consulting:
- Respects the autonomy and dignity of every client
- Promotes honest, accurate, and transparent communication
- Protects client confidentiality and intellectual property
- Upholds academic integrity and rejects plagiarism
- Provides realistic expectations without false promises
2. Honesty and Transparency
We are committed to complete honesty and transparency in all our dealings:
- No False Guarantees: We never guarantee admission, funding, or publication. We provide realistic assessments based on our experience and data.
- Clear Pricing: All fees are disclosed upfront. No hidden charges or surprise fees.
- Transparent Process: We clearly explain our process, timelines, and what clients can expect at each stage.
- Honest Feedback: We provide candid, constructive feedback even when it's difficult to hear.
- Conflict of Interest Disclosure: Any potential conflicts of interest are disclosed immediately.
3. Confidentiality
We treat all client information with the utmost confidentiality:
- NDA Signed: A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed with every client before any work begins.
- Limited Access: Only the consultant directly assigned to your case has access to your documents.
- No Third-Party Sharing: Your SOPs, research proposals, thesis chapters, and personal information are never shared with any third party without your explicit written consent.
- Secure Storage: All client files are stored on encrypted, password-protected servers.
- Data Deletion: Upon request, we will delete your project files after project completion (subject to legal retention requirements).
4. Academic Integrity
We uphold the highest standards of academic integrity:
- No Ghostwriting: We do not write theses or dissertations on behalf of students. We provide guidance, editing, and feedback to help you write your own work.
- Original Content: All SOPs, research proposals, and other deliverables are 100% original and plagiarism-free.
- Proper Attribution: We ensure all sources are properly cited and attributed.
- No Falsification: We never falsify data, fabricate results, or misrepresent qualifications.
- No Predatory Practices: We do not recommend or work with predatory journals or questionable conferences.
- Client Responsibility: We remind clients that they are ultimately responsible for the integrity of their submitted work.
5. No Plagiarism Policy
Plagiarism is strictly prohibited. We:
- Run all deliverables through professional plagiarism detection software
- Provide plagiarism reports to clients upon request
- Ensure all sources are properly cited and attributed

- Data-Driven Assessments: Our advice is based on experience, data, and evidence — not wishful thinking.
- Clear Communication: We explain risks, challenges, and realistic outcomes.
