- "Agreement" — refers to these Terms and Conditions together with any service-specific agreements or NDAs.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, booking a consultation, or purchasing any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all users of the website and services.
3. Description of Services
AD Publications provides the following consulting services:
- PhD Admission Consulting: Guidance on program selection, application strategy, and admission processes
- SOP Writing: Statement of Purpose and personal statement writing and editing
- Supervisor Matching: Identification of potential PhD supervisors based on research interests
- Interview Preparation: Mock interviews and preparation for PhD admission interviews
- Research Support: Literature review, methodology guidance, data analysis, and manuscript support
- Publication Support: Journal selection, manuscript formatting, and submission assistance
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.
4. No Guarantee of Admission or Publication
Our services are designed to improve your chances by providing expert guidance and high-quality application materials. Our 95% success rate reflects historical outcomes but does not constitute a guarantee of individual results.
5. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information about your academic background, research experience, and goals
- Submit all required documents and information within agreed timelines
- Respond promptly to communications from your assigned consultant
- Review and provide feedback on deliverables within the specified timeframe
- Adhere to university and journal guidelines for submissions
- Not submit plagiarized or fraudulent materials
- Pay all fees as agreed upon for the services provided
Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in delays or termination of services without refund.
6. Payment Terms
The following payment terms apply to all services:
- Payment Methods: We accept PayPal, bank transfer, UPI (India), and credit/debit cards.
- Currency: Payments can be made in INR (Indian Rupees) or USD (US Dollars).
- Advance Payment: 100% advance payment is required before work commences unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Taxes: Clients are responsible for any applicable taxes, including GST for Indian clients.
- Late Payments: Late payments may result in suspension of services and late fees at 2% per month.
- Disputed Charges: Any disputed charges must be reported within 15 days of the transaction date.
7. Refund Policy
Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy. Key points include:
- Full refund available if no work has commenced
- Partial refunds for incomplete work based on percentage completed
- No refund for completed deliverables that meet specifications
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of service delivery

8. Intellectual Property Rights
Client's Intellectual Property: All intellectual property in your original materials (research ideas, data, draft documents) remains your exclusive property.
Deliverables: Upon full payment, you receive ownership of the deliverables created specifically for you (SOPs, research proposals, edited manuscripts, etc.).
Our IP: Our templates, methodologies, proprietary tools, and website content remain our exclusive intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit our IP without written consent.
Portfolio Use: We may use anonymized excerpts of our work (with identifying information removed) for portfolio or marketing purposes unless you explicitly opt out in writing.
9. Confidentiality
AD Publications maintains strict confidentiality regarding all client information:
- A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed with every client before work begins
- Your personal information, SOPs, research proposals, and thesis chapters are never shared with third parties
- Only the consultant assigned to your case has access to your documents
- You are also bound to keep our methodologies and processes confidential
Exceptions: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.
10. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or our services shall not exceed the total fees you paid to us in the six months preceding the claim.
We are not responsible for:
- Admission decisions made by universities
- Publication decisions made by journals
- Visa denials or immigration issues
- Delays caused by your failure to provide required information
- Technical issues with third-party platforms (PayPal, Zoom, etc.)
11. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Submit plagiarized or fraudulent materials
- Misrepresent your academic credentials or research experience
- Attempt to reverse engineer or copy our proprietary methods
- Harass, abuse, or threaten our staff or consultants
- Interfere with or disrupt our website or services
- Share your account access with unauthorized individuals
Violation of these conduct rules may result in immediate termination of services without refund.
12. Termination of Services
By You: You may terminate the service agreement at any time. Refunds, if any, will be governed by our Refund Policy.
By Us: We may terminate or suspend your access to services immediately, without notice, for conduct that violates these terms, including:
- Non-payment of fees
- Providing false or misleading information
- Plagiarism or academic dishonesty
- Harassment of our staff
Upon termination, you must pay all outstanding fees, and we will deliver any completed work upon full payment.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
- We do not warrant that our services will meet your specific requirements or expectations
- We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
- We do not warrant the accuracy or reliability of any information provided
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AD Publications, its directors, employees, and consultants from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
- Your violation of these Terms and Conditions
- Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
- Your submission of plagiarized or fraudulent materials
- Your violation of third-party rights, including intellectual property rights
15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

- Arbitration: If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Bikaner, Rajasthan, India, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
- Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive the right to participate in class actions.
16. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
